Internet Sticks

In Bamberg I use the Wireless LAN in the IBIS hotel, but what I like is to find Wifi at pubs and restaurants (like here in the US), but this is not the case in Germany or Belgium that I have found. I carry my iPod Touch around with me, but I do not carry the laptop (I leave it in my hotel room).
