| could a 'back up' plan be achieved? if a 'hole' is left in the production route then some time may need to be bought, Guest beers? Obviously this is up to Ambros himself, he must work to a hard schedule and have invested a lot of time and money into this enterprise. I would like to see him achieve a greater success. Quality franconian beers is for us, high on our agenda, thanks for the enlightenment on this issue. Any other alternatives? |
