Bamberg visit - Review 2

One could interpret John's words as meaning "they don't brew a different recipe for bottling" I've been at Schlenkerla when they've refused to put a new barrel on and many (all of the people I was drinking with) left rather than switch to bottles. Of course, you've got a few more choices around there than Wunderburg. I like what Uerige in Düsseldorf does -- they package in barrels from 5l all the way up 50l so the barrel fits the crowd.
