Schlenkerla Eiche

You shall have to become a homebrewer and homemaltster, smoke up some malt both ways, brew up the same recipe with the two malts, evaluate, and report back! Really, I'd love to see Schlenkerla do some Märzen with both different malts. Would be interesting to compare.
