Beer guide to Bamberg

Thanks to everyone who has contributed ideas and information. One further question: if travelling from Stiebarlimbach to the Kreuzberg via Roppelts Keller is this a just a footpath or can you cycle it? I've only ever been to the Kreuzberg by car.
