Thanks for the translations Nick,I have used the German language posts to try and further my studies,at my advanced age learning a new tongue is far from easy,but I continue to try! Indeed on my last trip I found that I could converse on a basic level and this enhanced the enjoyment of my visit. As for the subject of hop taste and aroma,it seems that an awful lot of people(and I don't believe you are included)think that hop taste is purely to do with the bitterness level of a given beer,and don't seem to perceive the subtle taste of late addition hops,or even indeed the addition of choicest quality hops to the cask!Perchance one day they will. cheers!
