The Doppelhopfen from Br. Schloss in Fattigau, St. Georgenbräu, and maybe also Aufseßer are the three I think of as great non-Bamberger Franconian Pilses. Picked up a bottle each of Flensenburger, Veltins, and König at the shop today. May get around to them tonight. I'm pretty sure Jever makes it to NY and CA, but elsewhere...? Definitely worth checking out. FWIW, My last Victory Prima seemed more light-IPA-ish than Pils-ish, a few months ago. So, so much hoppier, maltier, and stronger than any real Pils I know. (Thanks to Uncle Jimbo for giving me it last summer!)
