| The one in Munich, of course. There was a nice little documentary about the place on TV (BR3) yesterday, made a couple of years ago, so before the Rauchverbot came into effect. So everyone was smoking all over the place, as usual. It got me wondering though--has anyone been there since the new loosening of the Rauchverbot in August? I see online references to the Schwemme being divided now. Reports? It's been a very long time since I've been, and the show makes me think I might hop on the high speed RE with a Bayernticket for a quick Münchener lunch trip one day soon. But not if it's filthy with smoke. And back on topic: The Fischer (Freudeneck) Bock is pretty strong. Not as complex as I remember it being a couple of years ago, but a nice Seidla or three anyway. |
