Maybe you need to drink it when its 5+ months old. The hops didn't come thru very much at all except for the bitterness. In fact I didn't realize about the Cascade hops until I read the label. But there was this wonderfully complex malt profile, successive waves of different flavors (and it was bottle conditioned -- I would love to taste it at 1 year or even 5)
