| Been to Barfusser, albeit long ago. Very inefficient service, quite bland beer indeed. As for Altstadthof - no thanks, the times I've had the stuff it is was infested with diacetyl. Schanzenbrau will have to wait for a next time, not enough time. I've decided to do it the hard way, just heads on into an unknown hotel. I've booked Meteor, which seems to be 350 m crawling distance from the original LBP ausschank, Wodanstrasse IIRC. And it is handy for the U-bahn, I have some do in the Messezentrum (mid November, even though this year there is no the brau-beviale). Jos |
