Help Please -- looking for hotel/brewery in Bamberg

The Drei Kronen in Memmelsdorf is quite nice. Their Comfort rooms are recently updated and offer a good value. Fassla has 5-6 comfort rooms and are also quite nice though some face the street and if you're looking for quiet you may want to look elsewhere. The Altenburgblick is Ok but nothing fancy...it feels like it's stuck in the 50's. Good Luck! ToddA
