Help Please -- looking for hotel/brewery in Bamberg

I'd say "Roland Kalb, bitte", last name inclusive. Roll the 'r' and pronounce the 'a's like 'call', not like 'camp'. To absolutely MINIMISE the chance of being hung up on, anyway. :)
