Hebandanz is most certainly smoking. Most people seemed to be smoking three at once! (And the largest collection of oddballs you are likely to come across - unless you meet any of the civilians working for the US Army that is) You just have to take a lungful of air, dash in, get your beer and retreat,gasping to the outside tables. If you pick the right time they'll be unoccupied. Neder is firmly no smoking.
