Kellers open in Sept?

As was mentioned by Jan, Mahrs and Spezial Kellers have indoor facilities and are open year round. But if the past couple years are a guide, Spezial keller may be closed for a good part of September (between Sandkerwa and Bockbierzeit) Friedel and Rittmeyer Kellers on the Kreuzberg are open year round. Some of the Forcheim kellers are also open year round, but I've not been to any of them in the off season.
