"Did I pronounce that correctly?" is "Habe ich das richtig ausgesprochen?" The question about draught or bottled bier is not really an issue as there is invariably a menu. Usually it lists "Flaschenbiere" and "Faßbiere" separately, but if not, the draught beers will be annoted with the words "vom Faß".
