Actually, one of the criteria for being a potential stop was having a website that provided Rhuetag information. There are a couple of exceptions but in most cases I was able to confirm that on the day we'd be there, the brewery would be open. I realize that Ruhetag changes without notice so I'm sure your right and that a couple of these places will be closed but I've tried to be as thorough as possible.
