Gold-Ochsenbrauerei in Spielbach is one of the classics. I am very greatful that Jürgen took me there. The best part was a couple young local lads explaining to a well dressed older couple passing thru that they were in Franken even though the map said Baden-Württemberg :) Didn't get to try and Annafest beers today at the GBBF but did get to try a couple of Andy's beers from Beck-Trablesdorf. Over heard a couple of guys remarking that this was better than any "Becks" they've had before. I am getting mellow in my old age -- before I might have corrected them :)
