Schwanenbräu-keller Strullendorf: Opening hours???

I am planning a bike ride from Bamberg to some nearby kellers, including Schwanenbräu-keller in Strullendorf. Schwanenbräu was going to be my first stop, because I thought they opened at 11:00am. A guide book I have says they open at 3:00pm, as does this website: http://www.bierkeller.de/index.php?regid=3&kellerid=113 However, a second website indicates that they open at 11:00am. http://www.bamberg-guide.de/bamberg/bierundbierkultur/location.php?loc=183 Would a local be so kind as to call them for me, and report back??
