| Würzburg Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) is finally to be modernised. According to a message in the railway magazine Bahn-Report (ed. 4/09, page 68) first preparations have started. All platforms will be renewed, a second tunnel built and (finally) elevators! As the work will have to be done with normal traffic going on, it will surely take several years. |
