| I've also compared a couple of beers ("designed to be ruined...served with a sparkler") with and without sparklers, and found that they're better without. Of course. Why take a perfectly natural beer and mangle it by stirring it all up? What do these brewers do to make their beers sparkler-ready? Use more hops? That makes them even better without the sparkler! It's like arguing about religion though... |
