Bierkeller/biergartens when are they open?

Crazy? Probably! But there were plenty of other people in Bamberg eating and drinking outside of cafe's and resteraunts the day I was there! In fact, I had a beer outside a little pub (Konigsbrau?) next to the river. All the outside tables were full!
