| Some are filtered, some aren't. There is no requirement, one way or the other but I'd guess that most beers are filtered. And "Bayerische Anstich" isn't really the correct word, as beers in Düsseldorf and Köln (and other places) are served that way without ever using the word "Bayern" :) Yes, I am typing this as I drink my 2nd Landbeer :) |
