The Vollbier is too sweet for me. The Landbier is wonderful. It is a bit confusing to explain--at the brewery, you get the Vollbier on tap (with extra CO2) and the Landbier in the bottle, but at the Keller, you only get the Landbier, and only by "bayerischem Anstich". I'm confused though, because they use kegs (Vollbier at the brewery. This means they can wash and fill kegs...why not also for the Landbier? I wish you could do bayerischen Anstich in the Café!
