Hmm, sounds very interesting. I missed previous opportunities to taste it, but now it comes very near. Only downside is that it will probably only be available on draught, and definitely a Weizenbier is a beer that needs to come from a bottle IMHO. Yes, Hans-Peter Drexler is indeed someone who is very open to innovations. I wonder what will come next? Oak-aged Aventinus in a cooperation with Matt Brynildson :-) ?
