| Oh, that of mine it's just a naive, initial list. There is nothing of definitive behind it. Last year my only aid was the little booklet Brauereien Brennereien Bierkeller published by www.fraenkische-schweiz.com. Living 700 Kms far from Franconia I have nothing of concrete in my hands. So if you have some breweries to recommend that aren't on my list, please tell me!! (the same for breweries on my list ,but not reccomendable). A different question: I read that you are vegetarian too. Is there something that a vegan could eat in a brewery besides gem. salat and pommes? (in german please!). Many thanks. Sergio. |
