Breweries can change their hours, days or just close on a whim at anytime. Frank Wetzel used to sell a CD with updated times and days where he called the brewery at least once every 6 months. He finally gave that up as too much work for the effort as he still got complaints that it was out of date. So I guess what I am saying is if it is important, you should call first -- I update data when somebody tells me something, but there is no proactive effort to keep the hours and opening days up to date. When somebody living in Bamberg couldn't do it for money, I certainly can't do it for free half way around the world :)
