New Ulm or Neu Ulm?

The German immigrants pretty much invented American barbecue in Texas--slow, low-temperature barbecue, that is, as opposed to hot, fast grilling which "most" people call "barbecue". And New Braunfels is a big name in barbecue equipment. Minnesota is more dominated by German immigration than its reputation as a Scandinavian haven suggests, FWIW. Not that I'd EVER move back...
