I think you got most of it already: The Gasthaus including brewery is in the Spessart forest. The map is funny, but the driving instructions say that if you are on the Autobahn A3 in the direction of Würzburg, you should take the Bessenbach exit, and then at the 13 km sign (and a miniature version of the Hohe-Wart-Haus) turn right and then follow the signs for about 4 km. GPS coordinates may be (but I'm not sure this is the right place) N49.91802, E9.25668. The Aschaffenburg address is their office - they have no official address in the forest. Wednesdays in September 2009 they plan to open at 10 am, and serve hot meals from that time on, so a late breakfast seems possible.
