Franconian food

I've had the stuffed onion at Brauerei-Gaststätte Hölzlein in Lohndorf, where they were served as a special (not on the regular menu, but written on one of the chalkboards on the wall). They were very good, nicely seasoned with sauce. Better than Schlenkerla's, actually. When it comes to the Schlenkerla, the food is just okay ... I've had better elsewhere, in Bamberg and the surrounding area.
