Wow!

The link I posted was just for Landkreis Bamberg. You can get maps of any of the districts in Bavarian Franconia (there is link at the bottom of the map for other districts) The database here is pretty complete for all the breweries in Bavarian Franconia. I won't claim its 100%. There are some breweries that won't show on the map though, because they don't have an address that Google's gecoding software can convert. I have actual GPS waypoints for nearly two hundred breweries, most I've captured but also many given to me by Jos B and Bo Kullmar (and if anybody want to contribute some, I'll put them to use :) )
