Hello,you can get there by public transport,but is quite a long winded affair!but if you are going to stay overnight,it should not be so bad.(this is purely my opinion but i cant see the point of driving to a place that sells such lovely beer and not being able to sample, because you are driving!) try Bayern farhplan for public transport directions,type in start postcode,and the postcode of the kloster,and it will give you directions,BTW,check the opening hours as they close for a period in the new year(if you phone them there is a message) good luck with the journey,and cheers!
