Bockbieranstich in STO!

What's the difference between "keg" and "gravity" then? Any difference in the kegs themselves, or just how they'll be tapped? And please, PLEASE, no sparklers! ;) "Bockbieranstich" tonight at home will be a bottle of Huppendorfer Kathrein next to a bottle of the same from 2006 which has been in my cellar. Just out of curiosity. I don't expect the 2 YO to be in very good shape; Fränkische Böcke don't seem to age well in bottles. Last night's vertical of 2007 and 2008 Zent-Bechhofener Böcke revealed a nice, clean, hoppy, pale 2008'r and a drinkable, but slightly oxidised 2007'r. I hope to get a couple of cases/crates/racks/Kisten of Griess' delectible Bock in the next day or two; I've got a couple of 2006 waiting for comparison.
