Hi Nick! A possibility to get back from Appendorf is to take a walk to Oberhaid station und to go by train to Bamberg. For a yourney to Huppendorf take every sunday the bus 10.40 from Bamberg to Scheßlitz, buy some bottles Lager at Drei Kronen and walk via Giechburg, Gügel church and Poxdorf to brewery Grasser, Huppendorf. Then walk via Königsfeld to brewery Hübner, Steinfeld. Go back to Bamberg with the OVF line departure Steinfeld 18.19. It´s a very nice tour in spring!
