Perhaps there is an opportunity for a conversation at the "Best of Bock" on Friday or Saturday? http://www.pelikan-bamberg.de Some brewers from the swedish microbrewery Naerke Kulturbryggeri has promised the owner of the "Pelikan" (Heiner Sauer) to visit the event "Best of bock" and to bring a barrel of beer as a surprise for the guests. http://kulturbryggeri.se/ I have tried some of their beers at the Pelikan (a gift from the swedish visitors to Heiner Sauer).
