http://www.bamberg-guide.de/bamberg/bierundbierkultur/bockbieranstiche.php is a nice list. I'm already woefully behind; I've not tried a single one yet. I don't see Griess (Geisfeld) listed though, usually at the beginning of Dezember. Jos, how did you find that list at the Fränkischen Tag last year? They've apparently overhauled their website, and searches for "Bockbieranstich", "Bockbier", and "Bock" lead nowhere interesting.
