| The writer is - in my opinion - completely right, when he critizizes, that more and more small individual producers are "overtaken" by the bigger trusts. The production of individual beers will be stopped soon afterwards, the brews will be replaced by faceless, monotonous mass-products. Later the new owners lament, that nobody wants to drink their fizz and that they can't understand it and that the german beer-market is very difficult. Why don't they try to make better, tasty products like in Franconia ????? |
