Kellerwald in Forchheim

Am thinking about another trip to Franconia next fall and wanted to try and find out some more info on Kellerwald. I believe that there are at least 7 kellers open year round. Does anyone which ones, operating hours, days of the week etc. Have been to Annafest, but thouht it might be neat to return when it was a little more quite
