Lowenbrau Hennemann at Stublang. Still brewing?

Dave Kernick and I cycled out to Stublang two Sunday's ago. We had a good chat with the old brewey at Staffelberg Brau in Loffeld where we stopped for a breather or 4 on the way out. We bypassed Stublang on the way out to go to Hetzel in Frauendorf as he shuts for lunch on Sundays. (If you go, ask to see his book on the old breweries of the Kries Lichtenfels area. Fascinating.) Cycling back to Stublang we visited Lowenbrau Hennemann. Inside was heaving so we sat in the garden. No service to be had so I went inside for the beer. As usual I asked for a beer deckel but was given a Kulmbacher one. There were no sign of any Lowenbrau Hennemann ones anywhere. Next clue was that although served in L/H glass, of the Vollbier there was no sign, only a very clear Helles and a Dunkel. Now my German is not good enough to ask the relevant questions, but I have a feeling that they might not be brewing anymore - I just got that 'feeling'. All the pointers were there for the beers to be EKU or some other such ghastly brew. Could someone find out please, as I know Steve Thomas (GBG) would be interested as well. As an aside Dinkel in Stublang was shut for annual holidays for the last 2 weeks of August. cheers, Mat
