Herbert Höglinger's page has some good stuff. Navigate to "Letzte Bierreisen" and you'll see a list of brewpubs and micros he's visited, including at least three in Vienna. Some of the other brewpubs listed are hilarious - one uses a bathtub filled with water for temperature control during fermentation; the mash & boil is done in a big soup kettle. Not an effective way to make any money in the brewing biz, but one way to get into the trade at a very low cost.
