Was indeed good to see you two again, thanks yourself! I wish I'd remembered to tell you about the side of "Kloß mit Soße" at Roppelt's Keller--a Kloß in a bowl with "sauce" similar to that which comes with Schäuferle. Don't be shy about your next trip!
