Good point--it's really just me and my odd hangups about certain things. Am glad that the various Sauer breweries' beers aren't *really* sour. I just think it'd be a shame if someone in the US got all excited, thinking that they were getting a brewed-by-monks Klosterbier, when it's really not, especially if they're paying top-dollar for it.
