Whats the top 10 these days...breweries outside Bamberg??

Just some personal favourites these days (in no particular order, and not pretending to be comprehensive, not limited to 10 as well): Barth-Senger, Schesslitz Drei Kronen, Schesslitz Rittmaier, Hallerndorf Kundmüller, Weiher Lindenbräu, Gräfenberg Hoffman, Hohenschwärz Winkler Hausbrau, Stegaurach (not sure if you can visit the brewery however, the beer is available a.o. in Catwheezle's Castle) Hübner, Steinfeld Wagner, Merkendorf Hummel, Merkendorf Göller, Zeil/Main Wagner, Kemmern Grasser, Huppendorf Hartmann, Würgau Drei Kronen, Memmelsdorf Stern-Bräu, Schlüsselfeld Kaiser, Grassmannsdorf and last but not least a communal brewery "somewhere north of Bamberg", only active brewing in March each year (I can mail you more details, but I will not post those here). They had a new copper installed (in 1899) still referred to as "the new copper".
