Hebendanz's "Raucherclub"

Just a quick followup...ironically (or not), there was a piece in the Erlangen paper a couple of weeks ago about who, specifically, is supposed to patrol the Raucherclubs--the police, the office of order and health(?) or ? Hebendanz in Forchheim was showpieced as a supposed example of just how the clubs are supposed to work. There was a big Foto of the boss standing next to the "Raucher Club Nur für Mitglieder (members only)" sign on the door, holding a membership card and the registration form one "must" fill out to become a member. And it appears that the Bavarian court ruled yesterday on one aspect of the Raucherclub issue: There is no justification to put an immediate halt to the Raucherclub exception while the court continues to consider the case brought by a non-smoker initiative to overturn the exception. (Hope that makes sense!)
