I'd suggest getting off at Stiebarlimbach and hiking up to Friedel's, eating there, then to Rittmayer's, then to Lieberth's in the middle (open ab 15.30) and then eventually downhill to Roppelt's once they're open at 15.30. Then the bus to Lieberth's Dorfkeller...
