For Austria check out Herbert Hoeglinger's excellent site on members.liwest.at/hoeglinger (in German only however). There are quite some breweries in Vorarlberg and Tirol, that might be within reach. If you would have been more to the east, I could definitely recommend the Schönramer Privatbrauerei in Schönram (between Traunstein and Salzburg).
