Cask Conditioning

Believe it or not, there are two brew pubs here in Austin that have house brewed cask conditioned beer once a month that is served by gravity. Also three of the craft breweries in Texas (Real Ale, Live Oak & St. Arnold) provide cask conditioned versions of their beers that are served at pubs throughout the state by gravity on special nights. I'd say actual casks are alive and well down here!
