Bamberg in Bock Season

I have visited Bamberg many times in Bock season, usually the last week of November (to coincide with our American Thanksgiving holiday, and time off at work). It is a very nice time to go. It can be chilly, but usually not bitter cold yet, though the wood stoves are fired up in the Gaststätten making for a cozy place to have a Seidla or three. :-)
