Kreuzberg kellers: opening times

Thanks, Nick & others. From experience, I know it is worthwhile doing some research into opening times before travelling. Its a bit depressing if you travel out into the country to visit a keller or brewery and then find out it is their Ruhetag. I must definitely pay a visit the Kreuzberg kellers one day, though. On this trip to Franconia, it all depends whether I can tear myself away from Annafest. Also, if the weather is boiling hot, or I have a bad hangover, a trek out to the country can lose its appeal.
