That is cutting it perhaps a bit close. Worst case, bring your bag on the bus with you and have the very nice, friendly, helpful Familie Roppelt hold it for you at their Kellerhaus. It's a short walk from the Bushaltestelle (bus stop) to the Keller; this little map (http://i31.tinypic.com/2a451t.jpg) shows the short cut through the brewery courtyard (brewery on your left, pig barn on your right). If you encounter anyone in the courtyard, just say "Servus! Zum Keller?" and they'll happily point you right toward it.
