lockers

A search at www.db.de reveals that Bahnhof Forchheim (Oberfr) indeed has Schließfächer / DB Gepäck Center, i.e. either lockers or a luggage centre/baggage center. If you arrive on a weekday during normal business hours, you should be ok in either case, otherwise you'll just have to hope that it's Schließfächer they have.
